Megan Rose is the CEO and Founder of The Connect Agency, with more than 25 years of experience in public relations for entertainment and consumer brands. Before establishing the agency in 2008, Megan held senior communications roles with Network Ten, Sony Music, Foxtel and Turner Entertainment in Hong Kong, working with leading global entertainment brands, Television Personalities & Music Artists.

Megan leads the agency’s strategic direction, senior client relationships, Talent career strategy, new business and culture. Known for seeing the bigger picture while remaining closely involved in the work, she brings together PR, talent, creators, content and experiences to build campaigns that are both culturally relevant and commercially grounded. She is passionate about developing people, protecting a strong team culture and building long-term client partnerships based on trust, honest counsel and consistently strong delivery.
