Founding Bella Management agency in 2002, Executive Director Chelsea was determined to redefine beauty and the boundaries of the fashion industry. Based in Sydney, Bella represents male and female fashion models of all sizes including curve and plus sizes.

Chelsea’s passion for body positivity and mental health in the industry soon caught the attention of clients on a global scale. Now an internationally respected agency, Bella boasts several world-first covers and main fashion editorials for publication and clients including Sports Illustrated, Women’s Health, Seafolly, Vogue, Elle, Cosmopolitan and Marie Claire to name a few.

Chelsea herself is a former international size 14 model. The daughter of Australian model Nola Clark and well-known actor Tony Bonner of Skippy fame, Chelsea was born into the entertainment industry. Starting her career as a junior agent Chelsea worked at a top model agency in Melbourne before managing creative agencies in Melbourne and Sydney. She has launched and guided the careers of some of our most well-known models, photographers, hair and makeup artists and stylists and is in demand on the keynote speaker circuit.
