Managing Director

As the Founder of The Connect Agency and its driving force, Megan is a passionate communicator who knows the value of big picture thinking and long-term brand strategy. With a hands-on approach, Megan leads an expert team that works together to drive brand awareness and engagement and develops compelling campaigns that are all about results. Prior to starting the agency in 2008, Megan had has a 22 year enviable career history in the media, PR and entertainment industries occupying senior positions at Network Ten, Sony Music, Turner Entertainment Networks (Asia Pacific) and Foxtel working with some of the world’s biggest entertainment brands and performers.  




As Agency Director, Jarrod is at the forefront of the Connect Talent division and major PR campaigns having led media strategies for events, expos and tours across Australia and New Zealand.  Jarrod has enviable relationships with a vast range of media from television networks to regional radio print and digital media.  Jarrod also draws from his strong project management background to negotiate brand partnerships for our interiors talent, manage promotional tours and extensive media accreditation lists for events. 



Creative Director

With an eye of detail, and flair for developing stylish photography and creative, Meisha leads Connect’s Creative Studio helping to develop creative strategies for social media brand assets and full brand identities. Having created her own luxury candle brand Cocolux Australia in 2014, Meisha has extensive experience in creating a brand from scratch, from product packaging through to all creative assets. She is now passionate about sharing her talent and expertise with our clients. Meisha trained at the Design Centre Enmore and previously worked at some of Sydney’s leading creative and advertising agencies.

Account Manager / Content Editor

At Connect we understand killer content is everything and Fleur is our secret weapon. As a former journalist for leading media outlets Are Media and Channel 9, Fleur has a nose for a story and an eye for engaging copy. As an account manager and our tenacious lead producer for press releases, pitches, articles and video scripting, Fleur’s curiosity, winning words and ability to think outside the square are essential in developing strategies, brand messages and news hooks that resonate. Editorial Fleur has developed has been published both here and overseas with leading outlets Kidspot, 9Honey, Mamamia, Body+Soul and more.

Account Manager

Josh leads strategy for the kids and family brands at Connect across Australia and New Zealand.  From launching the latest toy, to driving brand engagement for some of the world’s biggest licensed brands, Josh has the networks and strategies to ensure your products are on everyone’s must-have list. Josh has kids’ print media booked in for months ahead, and mummy influencers lining up to work with us on the next campaign. Never one to waste an opportunity, he delivers reviews, influecer collaborations and exciting promotional opportunities in Australia and New Zealand for our kids and family clients. 




Social Media Manager


Savvy in all-things-social media, Olivia is more than just your typical Millennial scrolling through her smartphone. Olivia’s gift is bringing a brand’s personality to life through engaging copy and leading influencer strategies. After a seven-year stint working in London, Olivia is all about creating pathways to help brands communicate in an engaging way, and most importantly, reach target audiences. From Instagram to TikTok and Facebook to LinkedIn, Olivia will develop winning strategies and engaging copy to ensure your audiences are following – and loving - your every move.

Account Manager

As account manager, Natasha works with a wide range of clients across Australia and New Zealand in lifestyle, entertainment, music, health & fitness and travel. She carefully crafts strategies to suit each brand, incorporating traditional media outreach securing PR coverage across TV, radio, digital and print, and co-ordinates brand collaborations and social media influencer campaigns. Natasha has successfully launched kids’ entertainment titles across Netflix, ABC Kids and Disney+ whilst elevating celebrity, individual and brand profiles. She has more than a decade’s worth of invaluable experience in TV working for Discovery Networks and Viacom in Sydney and London.

Finance Manager

Ema is a whizz when it comes to managing The Connect Agency’s cash flow and ensuring all campaign budgets are reconciled in a timely and efficient matter. As an experienced, financial professional, Ema manages all financial duties including accounts receivable and payable, payroll, invoicing, reporting and general finance.  







Digital Strategist 

Fred is our go to guy for multi-channel digital advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and more, along with direct response marketing, lead generation, automation and analytics.  Prior to joining The Connect Team Fred spent more than 10 years promoting live kids entertainment for the likes of BBC Worldwide, Disney, Entertainment One, Nickelodeon and Warner Bros,  A dream to work with, Fred has the strategies and know how to work across multiple industries, small and large businesses.  Fred’s fun and light-hearted manner, combined with his wealth of knowledge and experience, will demystify even the most complex of digital conundrums... and help you drive your business further.

Account Executive

Working across various accounts and events, Mia supports the team in numerous capacities. With her youthful enthusiasm, she’s in the know with all that’s current and happening right now. Mia helps co-ordinate the Connect Engage division, working with a tribe of our favourite digital content creators to drive brand engagement and reach. She is currently completing a Bachelor of Communications degree specialising in Public Communication and Public Relations at the University of Technology, Sydney. Mia’s additional involvement with a fashion and lifestyle brand of her own has also honed her interest and expert skills in fashion and styling within the digital and social media spaces.

Team Assistant

Lily is a valuable asset, assisting the team in everything from mailouts to social media. Having graduated from the University of Newcastle in 2021 with a Bachelor of Communications in Public Relations, she worked on key PR tasks as part of her course. This included developing campaigns for the City of Newcastle and directing the Universities Creative Industries Festival. Since joining Connect, Lily has developed a keen interest in the events, social media and influencer areas. She’s also raised awareness for one of the largest football clubs on the Central Coast through managing the women’s team’s social media and increasing fundraising.
